How we record changes
- Correction
- Something we published was wrong. We state what was wrong and exactly what we changed.
- Clarification
- The facts were right, but the wording could mislead. We explain what we made clearer.
- Update
- New information became available after publication and was added.
Every entry also appears at the end of the article it concerns. To report an error, use "Report a factual inaccuracy" under any article.
