GOD News is an international Christian news platform — a ministry initiative of GOD Media Network™ in the Name of Jesus Christ. From our editorial office in Yafo (Jaffa), Israel, we report on Israel, the Middle East and the nations with accuracy, context and compassion.
We welcome readers of every faith and none. Whatever you believe, the same standard applies to every report: our news is news. Facts are verified, clearly labeled and kept strictly separate from biblical reflection. When an article includes faith commentary, it is marked as Kingdom Perspective, so that the two never blur.
We publish what we can responsibly verify to be true. Our editorial charter — the Emet Standard — describes how we work, every factual article carries its sources, and readers can report an error at the bottom of every report.

Founder — Bas Emons
Bas Emons is the founder of GOD Media Network and GOD Radio. A broadcast executive and media entrepreneur with over two decades of experience building and directing major commercial radio stations, he recognized a critical void in today’s media landscape: the lack of news reporting that pairs uncompromising journalistic integrity with a deep, faithful understanding of Scripture. With GOD News, he bridges high-level broadcast discipline with a commitment to verified truth, regional context, and an enduring Kingdom perspective.

Editor-in-chief · From Israel — Henk Folkers, Editor-in-chief and Middle East correspondent
Henk Folkers is GOD News' editor-in-chief and Middle East correspondent — a veteran and former army officer, aged 70. He reports from Yafo (Jaffa) in Israel. His columns start with what he sees and hears day to day, then take a step back to the historical and Jewish context that most headlines leave out.
