GOD News is a ministry initiative of GOD Media Network™. GOD Media Network and GOD Radio were founded by Bas Emons (profile).

The newsroom is led by Henk Folkers, editor-in-chief and Middle East correspondent. The editorial office is in Yafo (Jaffa), Israel. See the masthead.

How GOD News is funded

Readers can support the work through the gift and monthly partnership options on our partner page and through the GOD Fund. Payments are processed by an external payment provider.

Fundraising and ministry calls to action never appear on factual news, fact checks, analysis or explainers. They only appear on Kingdom Perspective, faith and dedicated ministry pages.

Editorial firewall

  • Donors, partners, sponsors and advertisers do not receive any editorial control, preview or approval of our reporting.
  • Political parties, governments and their agencies do not direct, pay for or approve our coverage.
  • Giving to GOD News does not buy coverage, changes to coverage or the removal of reporting.
  • Editorial decisions are made by the editors alone, under the Emet Standard.
  • Where an article touches on a person or organisation connected to GOD News or GOD Media Network, we say so in an editorial disclosure on that article.
