GOD Media Network respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through GOD News, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

1. Who is responsible?
GOD Media Network is the data controller for personal data collected through god.news.
2. What data do we collect?
- Email address and name — when you subscribe to the newsletter, request Hebrew Scriptures, or become a partner.
- Email address and message — when you submit an error report or correction request via the form on an article.
- Payment data — donations are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details ourselves.
- Technical data — anonymised visitor statistics to improve the site.
3. Why do we collect this data?
Solely to deliver the requested service: sending the newsletter, handling requests and donations, and processing correction requests. We never sell data to third parties.
4. Retention and security
We retain data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your national supervisory authority.
